Lead-in activity. Getting to know the job of flight attendants

Hello, my friends. Welcome to our English course for flight attendants. This course will include a lead-in activity to briefly describe the job of flight attendants and go over all the important duties that flight attendants have to perform before passenger boarding, a unit of announcements that are necessary for flight attendants to be able to make, and a unit of situational dialogues that present situations similar to those happening in the cabin. All the announcements and situational dialogue are organized in chronological order of flight attendants¡¯ working procedures. You may either start the course from the very beginning or you may want to begin with announcements or situational dialogues first.
